Rainbow concoctions started with a passion for cooking and food preservation. At Rainbow Concoctions, we provide high-quality food and vinegar with the latest testing methods to ensure food quality and safety. 

We care so much about the quality of our products that we are one of the few freeze-dried food companies that work out of a commercial kitchen and not at home as a cottage business. We are ServSafe manager certified and ensure that we employ safety protocols above the minimum state and federal regulations. We use multiple methods of checking the food for water content and quality checks for each small batch.
